What we collect

When you contact us: the name, email address and message you send through our contact form or by email.

When you browse: basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider uses to keep the site running and secure.

Tickets: CyberExpoX tickets are sold on cyberexpox.com, which handles that information under its own policy.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to arrange partnerships and events you ask about, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the website and email (such as our hosting and email providers), and only as far as needed to provide that service. We will also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and embedded content

The site uses the small cookies WordPress needs to work. Pages may include content from other sites, such as videos or social media posts; those sites may collect data as if you visited them directly.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any partnership that follows, then delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hey@kotg.club and we will respond as soon as we can.
